Shipping Policy
SELENA is committed to delivering your order accurately and in good condition.
We offer shipping to locations within the United States.
All orders directly from SELENA are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Items shipped directly from SELENA do not ship to any other countries outside the United States.
Email summer@shopselena.studio for inquiries on shipping outside the United States or directly from an artist outside the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your order, as well as the shipping destination and origin.
Please allow 7-14 days for your items to be processed and shipped if being shipped domestically. Please allow longer processing and shipping times from international sellers. Items shipped are subject to product availability and credit card verification.
We do not ship on nationally recognized holidays.
If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you via email or phone with an estimated restock date if restocking is anticipated. You will have the option to either wait for the item to come back in stock or cancel your order.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package and it has been more than 5 business days since the estimated delivery date, please contact the courier directly.

Return Policy
At SELENA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may receive a refund for damaged items within 15 days of receipt with photo evidence of damage taken 2 days after being received for a full refund of the purchase price.
All other sales are final.
Please make sure to read item descriptions and dimensions. Contact summer@shopselena.studio if you have a question about an item.
Please note that we do not accept returns on customized or personalized items, or on items marked as "final sale." Items that are one of a kind and are received damaged can not be replaced. Damage to items during transit is not under the responsibility of SELENA and will not be refunded.
To initiate a return, please contact us at summer@shopselena.studio to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received a return authorization number, you may ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method with original shipping materials in tact.
We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
